Pollen — a free cozy farming game you play in your browser

Pollen is a free, cozy pixel farming game. Dig a plot out of the grass, plant turnips, potatoes and herbs, water them, and pick them when they ripen. Keep bees in hives beside your flowers and they will pollinate the crops in range, which is worth more than the honey. Chop the treeline for timber and you may find something older underneath it.

It runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to download, no account to make, and your farm is saved on your own machine — so it keeps working with the connection off.

How to play

• Walk with the arrow keys or WASD, or the on-screen stick on a phone.
• Pick a tool with 1, 2 and 3 — hand tools, blueprints, and your seed pouch.
• Click a tile within reach to dig it, plant it, water it or harvest it.
• Work costs energy. Stand still to get it back, or sleep the night off in a bed.
• The farm runs on a day and night cycle: a full day passes every 24 minutes.
